Rush keeps things simple. Where many nicotine pouch brands spread their range across five or six strength levels, Rush offers exactly two: Rush Pro at 11 mg of nicotine per pouch and Rush Extreme at 21 mg. That makes the choice easier — but it also means the gap between the two is large, and picking the wrong one is an uncomfortable experience. This guide explains what actually separates Pro from Extreme, which flavors you get in each tier and how to decide which can belongs in your first Rush snus order.

The pouch itself is identical across both tiers — same slim format, same weight, same all-white plant-fiber base, same relatively dry moisture level. The only two things that change are the nicotine content and the flavors available. Everything below follows from that.
Pro is the accessible tier, but "accessible" is relative. At 11 mg per pouch (16 mg/g), Rush Pro sits in the medium-strong band of the nicotine pouch market — comparable to the standard strength of many popular European brands, and noticeably stronger than the 3–6 mg entry-level pouches sold at supermarket checkouts. If you already use pouches in the 8–12 mg range, Pro will feel familiar. If you are coming from lighter products, expect a clear step up.
Pro is also where the flavor range lives. Nine of Rush's twelve flavors are Pro-only or available in Pro, including the entire fruit line and the brand's one non-mint option:
If you want to try several of these before committing to a full can of one, the Rush Mixpack bundles a selection of Pro flavors in a single order.
Extreme nearly doubles the nicotine content: 21 mg per pouch, or 30 mg/g. That places it among the stronger pouches sold at Europesnus and firmly in territory intended for experienced adult users. It is not a "slightly stronger Pro" — the jump from 11 to 21 mg is the single biggest step in the Rush range, and there is no intermediate tier in between.
The Extreme line is deliberately narrow. Three flavors, all with an ice finish:
If you want cola, spearmint, mango, blueberry, watermelon or strawberry, Extreme is not an option — those flavors exist in Pro only.
Two flavors are available in both tiers: Peppermint Ice and Grape Ice. That overlap is useful. If you are unsure whether Extreme is too much, start with the Pro version of the same flavor. You get the exact taste profile at 11 mg, and if it feels too mild after a few cans, you can move to Extreme knowing the only variable that changes is the nicotine.
You currently use pouches under 8 mg → Rush Pro is the only sensible starting point, and even that is a step up. Spearmint Pro or Nordic Peppermint Pro are the mildest-tasting options. Do not start with Extreme.
You currently use 8–12 mg pouches → Rush Pro is your match. Pick by flavor: Nordic Peppermint if you want a reference mint, Mango Ice or Watermelon Ice if you prefer fruit, Classic Cola if you want something without mint.
You currently use 16–20 mg pouches and want more → Rush Extreme is built for you. Cherry Ice Extreme is the flavor you cannot get anywhere else in the range; Peppermint Ice Extreme is the choice for maximum cooling.
You are not sure whether Extreme is too much → Start with Peppermint Ice Pro or Grape Ice Pro. Same flavor, half the nicotine. Step up to Extreme only if Pro consistently feels too mild.
You want a flavor without mint → Classic Cola Pro is the only option, and it exists in Pro only. Everything else in the Rush range carries an ice or mint finish.

A note on Extreme: at 21 mg per pouch, Rush Extreme is intended for experienced adult users with an established nicotine tolerance. If you have not used pouches above 16 mg before, start with Pro. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance and these products are for adults aged 18 and over only.

Nicotine content and flavor selection. Pro contains 11 mg of nicotine per pouch (16 mg/g) and comes in nine flavors. Extreme contains 21 mg per pouch (30 mg/g) and comes in three: Peppermint Ice, Grape Ice and Cherry Ice. The pouch format is identical.
Almost. Extreme has 21 mg per pouch against Pro's 11 mg — roughly 1.9 times the nicotine. There is no tier in between, so the step up is significant.
Peppermint Ice and Grape Ice. Cherry Ice is Extreme-only; all other flavors — including Classic Cola, Spearmint, Mango Ice, Blueberry Ice, Watermelon Ice and Strawberry Ice — are Pro-only.
Pro is the milder of the two Rush tiers, but at 11 mg per pouch it is still a medium-strong product. It suits adult users who already use pouches in the 8–12 mg range. Users new to nicotine pouches may find it strong.
Yes — Classic Cola Pro is the only Rush flavor without a mint or ice component. It is available in the Pro tier only.
